About Blue SMS Notifications

Blue, also referred to internally as Cerul / Blue, is Panacea-Tech LLC's virtual assistant platform that helps users manage appointments, tasks, and schedules. Blue sends SMS text message notifications to keep you informed about upcoming events, task deadlines, and important updates. Messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in through our onboarding process.

What Messages Will I Receive?

Panacea-Tech LLC sends the following types of SMS notifications through Blue:

  • Appointment reminders — Notifications before scheduled meetings and appointments
  • Task alerts — Reminders when tasks are due or require attention
  • Calendar notifications — Updates about upcoming events and schedule changes
  • Service updates — Important information about your Panacea-Tech services

Sample Messages

Reminder: You have a meeting with John at 2:00 PM today. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Your scheduled task completed: Email summary sent to your inbox. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Task alert: "Submit invoice" is due today. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.

How to Opt In

Users opt in to receive SMS notifications from Panacea-Tech LLC by enrolling through our AI assistant platform (Blue). The opt-in process requires explicit user consent and is completed as follows:

1 Sign Up for Blue

Users access our AI assistant service through our Telegram bot interface. During the onboarding process, users are presented with the option to enable SMS notifications.

2 Review SMS Disclosure

Before enabling SMS, users are informed that they will receive appointment reminders, task alerts, calendar notifications, and service updates from Panacea-Tech LLC. Users are told that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and they can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3 Confirm Consent

Users must explicitly confirm their consent by responding to an in-app prompt before any SMS messages are sent. No messages are sent without prior explicit user consent. Users provide their mobile phone number during this step.
